NV4466 Ball Valve design covers to replace Ball Seat Ring online without dismantling of valve from line, you dont need to remove threaed or remove welding from pipe line.
By removing three body connector bolts and loosening the fourth, the body can be swing away using the fourth bolt as the fulcrum, to carry out any installation or maintenance operation on the valve.
Ball Valve all internal parts are 100% machined on CNC machine to get 100% customer quality satisfaction, interchangability and long life trouble free operation.

Only by the removing of Three Nos. of Body - End Piece Connector Bolt - Nut and loosening the fourth one, the body can swung away using the fourth in the bolt as fulcrum, to replace a Ball Seat, Seal or do maintenance. This facility save your maintenance time.
♦ Blow-Out Proof Stem
Nivz all Ball Valves have bottom entry stem design which features stem insertion from inside the body. An integral shoulder on the stem sits against the shoulder into the body, giving it blow-out proof integrity. In case of higher pressure line, functioning as the back seat for assured stem sealing. The design offers safety features superior to top-entry stem design where the line pressure works to break the stem seating.

All stainless steel ball are manufactured to very close spheriocity tolerance and are mirror finished to achiever lower torque value and smooth performance, trouble less smooth operation.
♦ Floating Ball
NV4466 Series Low Torque Ball Valve ball design offers efficient sealing with simple construction. As the same indicates, the ball has some freedom to move along with axis of the pipeline, which offers efficient downstream sealing. When line pressure is applied to the closed ball, it moves slightly downstream to maintain contact with the downstream seat where primary sealing occurs. A quarter turn motion from full open to full close ensures quick open-close action, an inherent advantage for automation remote control application. Floating Ball Valve offers effective bidirectional sealing.
♦ PTFE Seat Ring with Slots
Seat Rings have slots provide to relieve the pressure past the upstream seat and prevent it from being forced against the ball. These type of design help to achieve lower torque and allow high differential pressure and reduce wear, besides extending.
